Carnival Is Out! - Dart Studios
Carnival Is Out!
By Dart Studios,
Carnival at Dart Studios is finally out!
And when I first joined I was greeted with a massive sign that said Thorpe Park in all carnival colours, along side some red and yellow balloons and props. Once I got in the park, I headed straight to the main carnival area (the one in the picture) and met the yellow and red inflatable dancing things. I also met the fire breathing show and had one or two games on the test your strength game. As I took an adventure I also saw a tent with DoN inside, just like the one in DLP inside the arcade. I also spotted a purple tent which was a fortune tellers tent, as I went inside it told me a piece of fortune, and that was… That I am younger than colossus? I guess that’s true? I also made sure to stop off at the Carnival shop to pick up a Limited Edition Carnival T-Shirt.
After my trip to Carnival, I took a trip down to Thorpe Park’s other area, Junkyard. In this area, there was a main stage, a little stall which sold glow sticks and sparklers, a meet and greet and last but not least, Dart Studios custom attraction: Derren Brown’s Ghost Train: The Return Of Bozo, which I will get to later on. Once I first entered Junk yard I took a few pictures with the characters and bought a pink sparkler. Then, I saw the stage with a little sign telling you there is Quizzes at night time. And then, I saw the revamped version of Derren Brown’s Ghost Train. As I entered I was put through a series of tasks and then once I finished I was aloud to escape. Although, these tasks weren’t easy… the tasks were: complete a maze, find the hidden blocks, lead a Piglin through an obstacle course and complete a mirror maze. I think that this entire event was a work of art and I encourage you to go visit it as once the event is over, it’s gone (until further notice of course).
